2) “Burn Out Blitz” – this retreat focuses on the realities of working life - the long hours, constant deadlines, overwhelm, eating on the run and insufficient sleep – and what these habits do to you. It will teach you how to change some of these habits and create a happier, healthier, and much more productive environment.
